Media Advisory - Montreal, Quebec 

Montreal, Quebec, June 14, 2019—Infrastructure Canada and Signature on the St. Lawrence (SSL) invite members of the media to an update on construction and site visit of the Samuel De Champlain Bridge.

Date:          Monday, June 17, 2019

Time:          8:30 a.m to 12:30 p.m.

Location:   8 Place Commerce, Suite 300, Île-des-Sœurs

Schedule:

8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. – Project update (no recording or cameras)

10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.: - Site visit by boat followed by a visit to the cable-stayed bridge  (opportunity to take images)

Notes:

The media must comply with the following health and safety rules:

•  Media must stay with the group and stay on the pre-established and SSL approved route. Health and safety officers will accompany the group, thank you for respecting their instructions.
•  SSL will provide personal protective equipment on site (helmet, vest, gloves and glasses), except boots.
•  Wearing jeans or pants is mandatory - no capri pants, or skirts.
•  No handbags, large earrings, pendants or long scarves.
