Backgrounder
Joint federal and provincial funding through the Investing in Canada infrastructure plan will support water and wastewater infrastructure improvement projects in the municipalities of Lunenburg and Bridgewater, Nova Scotia.
The Government of Canada is investing over $2.6 million in these projects through the Green Infrastructure Stream (GIS) of the Investing in Canada plan. The Government of Nova Scotia is contributing over $2.2 million.
