Samuel De Champlain Bridge to be illuminated with red and white lights for Canada Day

Montreal, Quebec, June 30, 2020—The Samuel-De Champlain Bridge will take on the colours of Canada’s flag on July 1 from sunset to 1:00 a.m. in celebration of Canada Day.

“On July 1, the Samuel De Champlain Bridge will be lit up in red and white for the first time to mark Canada Day. In this unique year of our history, lighting the Bridge up with the colours of our flag is a tribute to the courage and resilience of Canadians, and an occasion to recognize Canada’s diversity, bring people together, and strengthen the bonds that unite us.
