Ottawa, Ontario, December 11, 2020 – Members of the media are invited to attend an important infrastructure event at the Diefenbunker, Canada’s Cold War Museum, in the City of Ottawa with the Honourable Catherine McKenna, Minister of Infrastructure and Communities; Karen McCrimmon, Member of Parliament for Kanata−Carleton; the Honourable Dr. Merrilee Fullerton, Minister of Long-Term Care and Member of Provincial Parliament for Kanata−Carleton; and Christine McGuire, Executive Director of the Diefenbunker Museum.

Media and guests are asked to respect local physical distancing guidelines. Participants will be required to share their name and phone number for possible contact tracing. Wearing masks is strongly encouraged especially when not able to maintain physical distance.
