Media Advisory: Homelessness and Housing Announcement in Montreal

Montreal (Quebec), June 19 2024 — The Government of Canada, the Government of Quebec and the City of Montreal are inviting media representatives to a press conference on emergency and transitional housing services in Montreal.

The event will take place on June 21, 2024, in the presence of the Parliamentary Secretary to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance and MP for Outremont, Rachel Bendayan, the Minister responsible for Social Services, Lionel Carmant, and the member of the City of Montreal's executive committee responsible for homelessness, Robert Beaudry.

Accreditation required
Journalists wishing to attend the event must be accredited by writing to: accreditations@msss.gouv.qc.ca. Only those who have received confirmation of their registration will be allowed to attend the press conference.
