'Inland port of entry' provides data on permanent residents who landed from within Canada. It gives the number of those who landed at an IRCC inland office. The data, however, excludes those who ‘flagpole’ in order to land. There are no accurate methods of reporting on flagpolers as they would be counted under the ‘border’ as port of entry. Currently, there are no means to differentiate these individuals from those who landed from other countries
'Other port of entry' includes airport, border, marine and unspecified as port of entry.
