• We actively choose economic immigrants, including French-speaking and bilingual talent from around the world, who have the skills and experience our economy needs.
• Our 24 Welcoming Francophone Communities help integrate and retain immigrants in Francophone minority communities.
• The Francophone Immigration Support Program has funded 19 projects with $14.4M to recruit French-speaking and bilingual talent, stimulate the local economy and support Francophone minority communities.
• We continue to collaborate with Quebec on shared immigration priorities under the Canada–Québec Accord that preserve Quebec's distinct identity and French language.
