IRCC Deputy Minister Transition Binder 2022: Director, Office of Conflict Resolution and Employee Support Office

Robyn Holland-Ayoub

Robyn Holland-Ayoub was appointed to the position of Director, Office of Conflict Resolution and Employee Support Office, at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) on December 1, 2020, with a mandate to create a new Employee Support Office that will provide a centre of expertise and a one-stop shop approach in the implementation of Duty to Accommodate (Enable) at IRCC.

Prior to this current position, she worked as a mediator, coach and trainer with the department’s Office of Conflict Resolution for seven years. She has over 15 years of experience in the areas of informal conflict management and adult training within the public service at IRCC, Canada Border Service Agency, and the Department of National Defense.

Robyn is originally from British Colombia and completed her undergraduate studies at Concordia University in Communications and Women’s Studies. She has a graduate diploma from Carleton University’s Department of Law in Conflict Resolution.
