Minister Joly to Officially Launch Black History Month

The Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Canadian Heritage, and Celina Caesar-Chavannes, Parliamentary Secretary to the Prime Minister, will host the Government of Canada’s official launch of Black History Month.

This year, 2016, represents the 20th anniversary of Black History Month as a national celebration.
