Ottawa, November 5, 2025—Officials from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) will hold a technical briefing for media on immigration levels.

Notes for media:

• Media attending the event in person are asked to arrive no later than 3:45 p.m. EST.
• Members of the parliamentary press gallery will be able to access the event.
• Accredited media who are not members of the parliamentary press gallery may apply for a temporary pass by contacting pressres2@parl.gc.ca. The event will also be accessible on Zoom, and the press gallery will provide participants with the link.
