Client experience survey 2021
Ottawa, March 16, 2021—If Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) made a decision on your application in 2020, you may get an email inviting you to take a client service survey.
About the survey
To improve our services, IRCC is collecting feedback from randomly selected clients who received a decision on their application in 2020. COVID-19 had an unprecedented impact on IRCC programs. More than ever, your feedback is appreciated.
From March 10 to March 31, 2021, you may receive an email asking you to take part in a survey about your experience with IRCC, and to see if our services met your expectations. The email will be sent by the research firm Advanis.
Completing the survey is voluntary. Your participation will be kept confidential. What you tell us won’t affect any past, current or future application with IRCC.
Service excellence is a priority for us. That is why we are working on a number of initiatives aimed at improving your experience. This survey will help us identify emerging trends and issues in client satisfaction, and allow us to more accurately make improvements.
If you don’t get an invitation to take the survey, we welcome your input and encourage you to submit feedback.
