Client service survey 2018
Ottawa, January 22, 2018 — If we made a decision on your application in 2017, you may get an email inviting you to take our client service survey. Invites will be sent between January 22 and March 5, 2018.
About the survey
To improve your experience with our services, we’re collecting feedback from randomly selected clients who received a decision on their application in 2017.
From January 22 to March 5, the research firm, Advanis, will send email invites directly to you. We are asking you to comment on your experience to see if we met your expectations with our services.
Completing the survey is voluntary. What you tell us won’t affect any past, current or future application with IRCC and we won’t know whether you took the survey. It will be kept confidential.
Service excellence is a priority for us. That is why we are working on a number of initiatives aimed at improving your experience. This survey helps us identify emerging trends and issues in client satisfaction and allows us to more accurately make improvements.
If you don’t get an invitation to take the survey, we welcome and encourage you to submit feedback.
