Client survey on recent immigration application experiences
August 26, 2022, Ottawa – Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has invited some clients to answer a survey about their recent experience submitting certain applications.
About the survey
After collecting the survey responses, we will assess the clients’ experience of completing the application process. What we learn will help us better understand and improve our services.
Completing the survey is voluntary. Participation will be kept confidential. All data collected is for research purposes only. What you tell us about your experience won’t affect any past, current, or future applications with IRCC.
If you don’t get an invitation to take the survey but would like to share your experience, we welcome your input and encourage you to share your feedback on the form available on our website here.
About the invitation to take the survey:
- The email will be sent from IRCC.COMMDoNotReply-NePasRepondreCOMM.IRCC@cic.gc.ca. If you receive a survey invitation from any e-mail different from this one, please Do not click on it.
- The link to the survey will start with ircc.qualtrics.com.
- The email won’t have any attachments.
