ARCHIVED – Notice – Passport Canada – Calgary Flood Update

June 23, 2013 — The Passport Canada office at the Harry Hays Building (220 4th Avenue South East Suite 150) is currently closed.

Passport operations are available at the Calgary South office (14331 Macleod Trail SW), however unless you have an urgent need, please delay your visit by several days as we are expecting long lines.

We encourage clients not travelling in the next 30 days to consider mailing in their applications as we offer a 20 day service standard for applications which are mailed in.

If you require a Passport urgently (within 24 hours) please contact the Call Centre.
If you are expecting to pick up a passport today, please contact the Call Centre to get an update on the status of your application.

Some Receiving Agents are open; please check ahead to verify the status of their operations.

Clients should ensure they are aware of and respect the most recent directives given by municipal officials to ensure their safety and allow emergency personnel and equipment to perform their duties.

Passport Canada is adapting to the flood using support from throughout the country. We are working hard to ensure regular passport operations resume in Calgary as soon as possible.
