ARCHIVED – Notice - Protecting vulnerable temporary foreign workers
July 24, 2012 — To protect vulnerable foreign workers from the risk of abuse and exploitation, effective July 14, 2012, foreign nationals issued new work permits are restricted from working in sex trade-related businesses, such as strip clubs, escort services and massage parlours.
