Use this application if you are 18 years of age or older, and you want to apply for Canadian citizenship as a member of the Canadian Armed Forces.
Optional:
Note: If you were released other than honourably from the Canadian Armed Forces, you are not eligible to apply under the Canadian Armed Forces application form.
- Read the Instruction Guide and download the application forms.
- Fill out, sign and date your application forms.
- Pay the fees.
- Mail your completed application to the Case Processing Centre in Sydney, Nova Scotia.
