Technical Briefing and Announcement Regarding Budget 2016 Investments in Water/Wastewater and progress on elimination of long-term Drinking Water Advisories

Ottawa - Please be advised that Ministers Bennett and Philpott will announce progress made on eliminating long-term drinking water advisories and improving water/wastewater infrastructure on reserve. The Ministers will then be available to answer questions from the media.

The announcement will be preceded by a Technical Briefing by representatives for the Department of Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada and Health Canada.
