Minister Bennett to participate at Special Celebrations with the Whitecap Dakota First Nation

Whitecap - Please be advised that the Honourable Carolyn Bennett, Minister of Indigenous and Northern Affairs, will join Chief Darcy Bear of Whitecap Dakota First Nation at a special ceremony to celebrate a key milestone in self-government negotiations.

Minister Bennett and Chief Bear will be available for a brief media availability following the event.
