Minister Bennett to Discuss the Recognition and Implementation of Rights Framework at the Assembly of First Nations Quebec-Labrador

Ottawa - Please be advised that the Honourable Carolyn Bennett, Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs, will deliver a keynote address to the Assembly of First Nations Quebec-Labrador regarding the process to create a Recognition and Implementation of Rights Framework.
