Ottawa, February 17, 2017—The Honourable Marie-Claude Bibeau, Minister of International Development and La Francophonie—on behalf of the Honourable Navdeep Bains, Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development—and Hélène David, Quebec Minister for Higher Education, will be at the Université de Sherbrooke to announce post-secondary infrastructure funding.
