Ministers Bains and Duncan to launch new digital skills program for young Canadians

Ottawa, June 13, 2017—The Honourable Navdeep Bains, Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development, together with the Honourable Kirsty Duncan, Minister of Science, will launch a new coding and digital skills program for young Canadians. The launch will take place at Code on the Hill, an event that encourages elementary school students to learn coding.
