Tribunal Issues Revised Notice of Expiry of Finding—Steel Grating from China

Ottawa, Ontario, December 11, 2015
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) issued today a revised notice of Expiry Review no. RR-2015-001 of its finding made on April 19, 2011, in Inquiry No. NQ-2010-002, concerning the dumping and subsidizing of steel grating originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China. The revised notice pertains to changes in the Tribunal’s expiry review schedule.
