Description

MP duty back-up personnel in high readiness state are to be approved in exceptional circumstances and are not intended to decrease the manning of a MP unit.

Recommendation

The Committee recommended that members from MP units be treated in accordance with the Canadian Forces Leave Policy Manual and that their leave balances not be reduced when extra work has to be scheduled to meet the needs of the service.
