Marie-Josée Lamy

Marie-Josée is a senior executive specializing in experiential entertainment, global events, partnerships and business development, with more than 25 years of international experience. She currently serves as Head of Global Events at Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), a global member 

community of over 37,000 CEOs across 195 countries, where she spearheads the strategy, design, and delivery of hundreds of events annually, including flagship leadership conferences with global reach, leading a team of dedicated professionals and production specialists.

Previously, Marie-Josée Lamy held several senior leadership roles over more than 15 years at Cirque du Soleil and its affiliates, including Executive Producer, Vice President of Merchandising and F&B Operations, and Executive Director of Business Development. In these roles, she led internationally recognized initiatives and strategic partnerships across the entertainment, hospitality, tourism, and wellness sectors, delivering new products and services under the Cirque du Soleil umbrella.

As an independent executive advisor, she has also supported organizations in the cultural, entertainment, and hospitality sectors on new business models and innovative experience development. Actively engaged in governance, Marie-Josée serves on boards of directors and holds certifications in corporate governance, along with advanced training in management and executive leadership programs, including from McGill University.
