Minister Carr to Visit the University of British Columbia’s Pipeline Integrity Institute

OTTAWA — Canada’s Minister of Natural Resources, the Honourable Jim Carr, will meet with researchers at the University of British Columbia’s Pipeline Integrity Institute.
