Ottawa — Marc G. Serré, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Natural Resources and Member of Parliament for Nickel Belt, on behalf of the Honourable Seamus O’Regan Jr., Minister of Natural Resources, will make a tree-planting announcement.
