Government of Canada to Hold Media Availabilities on the Introduction of a Bill to Support Sustainable Jobs

OTTAWA — On Thursday, June 15, there will be availabilities regarding a Bill entitled “An Act respecting accountability, transparency and engagement to support the creation of sustainable jobs for workers and economic growth in a net-zero economy.”

At 10:30 a.m. ET, Ministers Wilkinson and O’Regan will deliver brief remarks and hold a media availability in the third-floor foyer of the West Block. They will be joined by Minister Tassi, Minister St-Onge, Minister Boissonnault, MP Daniel Blaikie and  union representatives.

At 12:30 p.m. ET, officials from Natural Resources Canada will hold a technical briefing for members of the media. The briefing will take place via teleconference.
