Today, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) announced that on March 1, 2016, in a Winnipeg Provincial court, Robert William Roske of Minnesota entered a guilty plea and was sentenced to a 2.5 year jail sentence for attempting to smuggle digital images and videos of child pornography, contrary to section 159 of the Customs Act.
