SARNIA, ONTARIO – The Canadian Coast Guard wishes to advise the public that its Inshore Rescue Boat (IRB) stations in Ontario are wrapping up their seasonal maritime search and rescue service. The Coast Guard's IRB stations are located at Britt, Brebeuf Island, Hill Island, Port Lambton, Thames River and Long Point. These stations open each May and will be operational until Wednesday, September 6, 2017.

The Canadian Coast Guard advises the public that the seasonal inshore rescue boat stations located in Bainsville (Ontario), Pointe-aux-Anglais (Oka), Beaconsfield, Longueuil, Sorel and Trois-Rivières are beginning to wrap up their annual summer activities. All the stations will be operational until Monday September 4, 2017, at 6:00 p.m.
