Between August 12 and 14, 2023, as a result of the vigilance of staff members, several packages containing contraband and unauthorized items were seized at Collins Bay Institution, a multi-level security federal institution. The items seized included approximately 509 grams of marijuana, 310 grams of tobacco, as well as cellphones and accessories.
