As a part of its plan to grow the middle class and help those working hard to join it, the Government of Canada is establishing an Expert Panel on Youth Employment. Today, the new Panel kicked off its work with an inaugural meeting with the Honourable MaryAnn Mihychuk, Minister of Employment, Workforce Development and Labour.
