FREDERICTON — Kim Rudd, Parliamentary Secretary to Canada’s Minister of Natural Resources, the Honourable Jim Carr, will deliver a keynote speech at the New Brunswick Forest Industry Forum, supporting this year’s theme, Championing our Forests and Forestry. Parliamentary Secretary Rudd will also highlight Budget 2018 funding to help reduce the effects of the spruce budworm.
