There is a fair bit of ground I would like to cover with you today, and as much I’m sure that you’d like to hear about from me. I should begin, however, with a cautionary word. There are a number of matters before the Commission that I cannot speak to you about. The largest elephant in this virtual “room,” of course, is the question of the review and vary applications regarding the final wholesale rates for aggregated high-speed access services.
