Officials from Fisheries and Oceans Canada, today joined with Canadian geospatial software company CARIS and geomatics technology innovation support centre TECTERRA, to unveil high precision 3D printed models of HMS Erebus, Sir John Franklin's lead ship found last year in Canada's Arctic waters as part of Parks Canada's search for the vessels of the lost 1845 expedition.

Halton Hills, Ontario - Michael Chong, Member of Parliament for Wellington-Halton Hills, on behalf of the Honourable Gail Shea, Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, highlighted today the Government of Canada's investment in the Grand River Habitat Enhancement Project. Through the Recreational Fisheries Conservation Partnerships Program (RFCPP), the Grand River Conservation Authority will receive $25,500 to support the conservation of fish habitat in the Grand River watershed.
