The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) today initiated a preliminary injury inquiry into a complaint by Tenaris Canada, of Calgary, Alberta, and Evraz North America Inc., of Regina, Saskatchewan, that they have suffered injury as a result of the dumping and subsidizing of certain carbon and alloy steel line pipe from the People's Republic of China. The Tribunal's inquiry is conducted pursuant to the Special Import Measures Act as a result of the initiation of dumping and subsidizing investigations by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).
The lockdown put in place at Stony Mountain Institution on August 24, 2015 has ended and a search has been completed.
