Today, Blaine Calkins, Member of Parliament for Wetaskiwin, on behalf of the Honourable Gail Shea, Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, presented the Fly Kid Foundation with a 2015 National Recreational Fisheries Award. The foundation is the first recipient from the Northwest Territories in the award's 26-year history.
