A Custody Hearing will be held at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Petawawa, on Tuesday, January 6, 2009, at 1:30 p.m., for Captain Robert Semrau, a CF member charged on December 31, 2008, by the Canadian Forces National Investigation Service (CFNIS) with an offence relating to the death of a presumed insurgent in the Helmand Province of Afghanistan on or about October 19, 2008.
