The Honourable Jean Pierre Blackburn, Minister of Labour and Minister of Canada Economic Development, today announced the awarding of $38,500 in funding, half of it in the form of a non-repayable contribution, to the firm MGT.com of Dundee, in the Montérégie region. This funding will enable the company to adapt its municipal waste management dashboard to Web technology and thereby carve out a place for itself in domestic and global markets. This project will create four jobs and help diversify the region's economy.
