On February 3, 2015, Michael Binder, CNSC President and Chief Executive Officer, appeared before the Senate Standing Committee on Energy, the Environment and Natural Resources. The Committee is studying Bill C-22, The Energy Safety and Security Act which includes proposed new nuclear liability legislation entitled the Nuclear Liability and Compensation Act. Dr. Binder delivered some brief remarks and answered questions from the Committee.
