The company will clean the inside as well as certain areas of the exterior premises of the building. This contract will create five jobs and will be completed in October 2004 with the option of up to four one-year extensions.HVAC MAINTENANCE SERVICESCHARLOTTETOWN - A $55,319 competitive standing offer* has been awarded to Moklers Plumbing & Heating Ltd., of Charlottetown, P.E.I., to service the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems at various federal buildings on an as-and-when-requested basis. These buildings are located in Kensington, Alberton, Tignish and Summerside, all of which are in Prince County, P.E.I.
