The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency (the Agency) is currently reviewing the report entitled Replacement Class Screening Report for Minor Remediation Projects – Maritimes and Gulf Regions. The Agency is seeking public comment on the appropriateness of using this report to streamline the environmental assessment of the designated class of recurring projects. Following consideration of the public comments, the Agency may declare the report to be a replacement class screening report, in accordance with the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act. Note that all comments received will become part of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Registry.
