“The Government of Canada, through ACOA, is pleased to support Dynamic Air Shelters in its expansion plans,” said Minister Ashfield. “Dynamic Air Shelters is another example of a successful company based in rural Atlantic Canada that is successfully exporting its one-of-a-kind products to a global market.”
Dynamic Air Shelters manufactures air inflatable structures for four distinct markets - the oil and gas industry, the construction industry, the promotional sector, and emergency and first responder operations. The structures are manufactured in the company's plant in Grand Bank. The company, which currently has more than 80 employees, is expected to increase its workforce to 130 at peak times once the project is completed.
“Dynamic has proven that manufacturing products in rural Newfoundland is sound and practical,” said company president Harold Warner. “We are extremely pleased with our workforce, they’re skilled and loyal and this expansion will create more opportunities for workers from the area to join us.
