The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency (the Agency) is seeking public comment on the appropriateness of re-declaring the above noted report to streamline the environmental assessment of the designated class of recurring projects.
The original report was declared by the Agency for use as a model class screening report (MCSR) on July 31, 2004 and will expire on July 30, 2009.
