The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency (the Agency) is seeking public comment on the appropriateness of re-declaring the above noted report to streamline the environmental assessment of the designated class of recurring projects.
The original replacement class screening report (RCSR) was declared by the Agency for use as a class screening report on October 22, 2005 and subsequently expired on October 22, 2010. The revised RCSR can be found in the Canadian Environmental Assessment Registry, on the Agency's Web site at www.ceaa-acee.gc.ca. The report may also be obtained at the following locations:
