"The KV Fields Committee is extremely proud to see the completion of the multi-sports fields at Kennebecasis Valley High School. The five years of hard work and dedication by committee members has been rewarded when we all see how well the fields are being used and enjoyed by the residents of the Kennebecasis Valley," said Committee Member Duane McAfee.
The project included the installation of lights and artificial turf to a multipurpose field located behind the Kennebecasis Valley High School. This new field is more durable and supports a longer playing season. An adjacent sports field was refurbished with grass and new bleachers and benches were installed.
