Government of Canada supports centenary activities of the Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry

Joan Crockatt, Member of Parliament (Calgary Centre), announced funding of $175,000 to mark the 100th anniversary of the Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry (PPCLI). Ms. Crockatt made the announcement on behalf of the Honourable Shelly Glover, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages at a PPCLI Foundation dinner at the historic Mewata Armoury in Calgary.
The funding is being provided to the PPCLI Foundation through the Commemorate Canada component of Canadian Heritage’s Celebration and Commemoration Program.
