Minister of Justice Peter MacKay today announced the coming into force of the Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada Act, on November 1, 2014, and the appointment of Ms. Marie-France Pelletier as Chief Administrator of the new organization.
The Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada (ATSSC) is a single, integrated organization that will provide the full range of support services to 11 administrative tribunals. The creation of this new organization is consistent with the Government's ongoing efforts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of its operations.
