If the engine is the heart of a machine, then software controls are the brain. DynaGen Technologies, a local designer and manufacturer of engine and generator controls, is boosting its innovative capacity, productivity and competitiveness, thanks to support from the Government of Canada. Gerald Keddy, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of National Revenue and for ACOA, was in Dartmouth today on behalf of the Honourable Rob Moore, Minister of State (ACOA), to announce a federal investment in DynaGen Technologies Inc.
DynaGen will receive a repayable federal contribution of $500,000, through ACOA’s Business Development Program, to assist with developing new software to complement its custom engine and generator control solutions for commercial clients.
