[1] On December 12, 2000, health and safety officer France Racicot investigated a refusal to work by Michel Graziosi. On December 21, 2000, the officer rendered a decision of no-danger under subsection 129(7) of the Canadian Labour Code, part II.
[2] On January 3, 2001, Mr. Graziosi launched an appeal against the decision rendered on December 21, 2000. He subsequently withdrew his appeal on May 14, 2002.
[3] As the appeals officer responsible for this case, I confirm that Mr. Graziosi withdrew his appeal of the decision of no-danger rendered on December 21, 2000, by health and safety officer France Racicot under subsection 129(7) of the Canada Labour Code, part II. This file is therefore closed.
