The Occupational Health and Safety Tribunal Canada provides administrative and legal support to appeals officers designated under Part II of the Canada Labour Code. Appeals officers hear and decide on appeals of decisions that a danger does not exist and directions issued regarding occupational health and safety pursuant to the Canada Labour Code.
